I have not ordered from you before and I just want a one-off order for Christmas, what do I need to do?
You can order a one-off box from us by going to our Christmas preorders page. Simply select the box type that best suits you, and make sure that you select “One-off or Preorder” and then select the date “Preorder 23-26 December 2025”. Then click on “Add to order”. Check out the extra add ons from the Christmas preorders tab too. You can check what you have ordered in your basket and follow the instructions to make payment and put in your delivery details.
What are the contents of the different Christmas boxes?
We are offering slightly different options for the Christmas week - you can find out more about what is going in the boxes here.
I already order from Trill, do I need to do anything to order veg for the Christmas week, even if I have a recurring weekly delivery?
YES. If you receive a recurring veg bag or box, this will not be made up as usual on the week commencing 22nd December. Instead, you will need to login to your account and make a one-off order especially for that week (more details on how to do this below)
When will my last delivery of the year be?
Our final deliveries of the year will be during the Christmas week. We will be delivering to our Tuesday delivery areas on Tuesday 23rd December, and to our Friday delivery areas on Wednesday 24th December, so that you can be sure to have the freshest produce delivered for Christmas. PLEASE NOTE, YOUR REGULAR ORDER WILL NOT BE DELIVERED DURING THIS WEEK - YOU NEED TO PUT IN A ONE-OFF ORDER FOR THE CHRISTMAS WEEK.
I am a regular customer, how long before I get my next veg delivery after Christmas week?
We are taking a couple of weeks off, and will be back doing veg boxes on the week commencing 12th January 2026. If you have a box fortnightly, please check when you are due one after the break, and let us know if you would like to change the date of your restart.
I am already a customer, how do I order a veg bag or box for the Christmas week?
Login to your account. You will then see that we have a “🎅Pre-order Christmas Veg Boxes🎅” section (in the “Boxes” part of the shop). Select the box size that best suits your needs. Scroll down and make sure that you select “One-off or Preorder” and then select the date “Preorder 23-26 December 2025”. Then click on “Add to order”.
How do I add extras to my order?
Once you have selected a box size and added it to your order, you can add extras if you wish. Simply select the “🎅Christmas pre-orders🎅” tab to see what is available. Click “Add” on the produce that you would like, and then select the quantity, and check that the date selected is “Preorder 23-26 December 2025” before clicking “Add to order”.
To be sure that you are doing the right thing, every product available for Christmas week orders has a 🎅 emoji in front of the name of the product.
How do I check my order for the Christmas week?
Just click on the shopping basket icon in the top right hand corner of the page to check. Once you have made an order for the Christmas week it will be in here. Every item ordered for the Christmas week should have a 🎅 emoji next to it.
When is the cutoff for Christmas week orders?
All orders for the 23rd and 24th December must be made by 11am on Monday 8th December
I can’t seem to put in an order for the Christmas week - what shall I do?!

How do I know which day my veg bag will be delivered?
Once you have made your order you will receive an email telling you which day your delivery will be. Please note that if it says Friday 26th December, this will actually be delivered on Wednesday 24th December.
