We will be celebrating the diversity of the tomatoes that we grow at Trill Farm Garden with a day of tours, tasters, demos, food and bar, as well as the big tomato throwing competition and kids activities including face painting and tomato themed games and art projects!

Chris from Kit and Kee Catering will be cooking up an amazing lunch with produce from the garden and other local suppliers, there will be a fermentation workshop by Dan Burston from Crock & Cole and  tours of the garden with the main focus on tomatoes and tomato seed saving demos too.

Plan for the day:

11:30
 - Morning tour of the garden, with a special focus on the tomatoes, including tasters and a seed saving demo

1:15 - Lunch (this can be booked as an extra or feel free to bring your own)

2 - Tomato throwing competition (see how far you can throw a tomato with a partner before you drop it or it splats all over you)

2:45 - Fermenting workshop with Dan from Crock & Cole

4 - Market Gardening Q & A

If you would like to book for lunch, please make sure you do this on the booking page. Please also bring cash for the bar.
